課程概述 | 以課程講解及文獻討論方式探討分子神經科學的主要領域及最新的進展。授課者講解重要的課本章節或review papers,文獻討論方面著重active reading之訓練,訓練主動閱讀文獻的能力,並剖析科學文章的寫作方式及內容。學生們報告active reading primary articles之成果並參與討論。 |
教學目標 | To discuss major areas of molecular neuroscience including promoter analysis, dendritic development, synapse formation, RNA interference and gene delivery into the nervous system, long-term potentiation, molecules and fear memory, transgenic mice in Alzheimer’s disease research, genes and molecules related to mental disorders. Include lectures in review articles and active reading of primary literatures. Focus on major concepts and recent advances in experimental neuroscience. |

課程要求 | 上課前預習指定的章節或review articles。教師授課時準時出席、專心聆聽並踴躍發問。事前閱讀指定的paper並進行active reading。與博士班助教討論active reading之成果,準備power point檔於課堂中報告。參與active reading之討論及文獻的剖析。 |
