Services play an importance role in the modern knowledge-based society. Services feature distinctive characteristics from tangible products. In addition, services marketing is a cross-function discipline, which calls for integrating process management and human resource management as well as marketing management skills. This course introduces you to services marketing. This course emphasizes that “people” and “creativity” are the most important factors in services marketing.
